Gilimbaa means 'today' in the language of the Wakka Wakka people of central Queensland.

The potential of just one story...
To launch SBS’s new station identity, 7 Billion Stories and Counting, Gilimbaa collaborated with Animal Logic and US Sydney to create elements that formed part of the opening sequence of the identity, representing the Indigenous history of Australia. Gilimbaa also worked with an Indigenous translator to translate the voice-over into Yolngu Matha.
